Our guidelines

We are proud to work in a culturally sustainable company; this gives us orientation and security. Every individual takes care that this culture is not damaged. This is what we understand by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

The company’s management is responsible for enforcing CSR and ensuring that a sustainable culture can develop throughout the company regardless of origin, gender and skin colour. This includes in particular:

  • Every employee can express his or her opinion, every input is valuable
  • Every employee takes care to communicate appropriately and respectfully with each other and especially with customers, consumers and other stakeholders of Paycoach. The specifications of the industry association «InkassoSuisse» shall apply additionally.

Paycoach is committed to practices that enrich rather than harm the environment and society. In internal discussions, this goal is regularly given space and improvements are taken up and implemented. All processes in the company are regularly checked for further improvement possibilities in their sustainability contribution to environmental and social welfare, and meaningful improvements are implemented directly.

Our cultural guidelines and good working atmosphere are important to us. Every employee commits to this, even without instructions and forms. This is evident in every contact with us.
